They are all about 6 inches high, and made out of what I think is resin. They took extremely good care of it, I see no visible flaws. This is a vintage nativity scene, it was my nieces grandmother's,and she thinks from the 70s or 80's. It is 10 pieces, Mary and the baby Jesus, Joseph, a cow, lamb,a donkey, 3 wise men, shepherd, an angel holding Gloria banner.

This is a beautiful set and will last you fryers to come.
